4. Enter verification code click on verify code and proceed to next step.
5. Select your Commissionaire, district and similarly select and fill further detail.
6. Fill all the details correctly.
7. Proceed to next step and submit all details in prescribed format.
8. Save 18 digit unique application ID for your reference.
