NDA refers to National Defence Academy has organised the Exam by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). Every year this examination gets held at various examination centers. A large number of candidates appear in this examination and secure their career with Indian Defence Serives. UPSC NDA NA I Eligibility Criteria

Education Qualification required : Candidates should Pass 12th Class of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University for Army Wing of National Defence Academy, 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics conducted by a State Education Board or a University for Air Force and Naval Wings of National Defence Academy and for the 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme at the Indian Naval Academy.

UPSC NDA I 2018  Age Limit : Candidates should born not earlier than 02-01-1997 and not later than 01-01-2000.

Selection Procedure : Selection of the applicants is based on their performance in Written Examination, Psychological Aptitude Test, Intelligence & Personality Test and SSB Interview.

Exam Pattern of UPSC NDA I 2018 : 

• The paper will be of Multiple Choice question with four options in which candidates have to choose the correct one.
• The paper will be including Mathematics as Part I and General Mental Ability as Part – II which consists of English and General Knowledge.
• There will be 120 questions of 300 marks in Part – I and 150 questions of 600 marks in Part II.

Application Fees/Charges : 

• For General & OBC candidate they must have to pay the application fees of Rs. 100/-
• There will be No Fee for SC/ ST candidates and sons of serving / ex-Junior Commissioned Offcers/ Non-Commissioned Officers

Steps to Apply UPSC NDA I 2018 Online Application Form

1. First of all visit to the website at: www.upsconline.nic.in
2. Click on “Online Application for Various Examinations of UPSC”.
3. Select the desired post and click on it.
4. Fill all the mandatory details in Part 1 and Submit it.
5. After successful submission, an unique Registration ID will be generated, note it.
6. Make the fee payment and again visit to the website.
7. Select Part II Registration and enter your Reg. No. and D.O.B.
8. Fill all the mandatory details in Part II of Application.
9. Click on the submit Button.
10. Take print out of your application form for future uses.
