Types of Ration Card in UP State

Yellow Ration Card : It is issued to the families above Poverty Line in UP.
White Coloured Ration Card: This card is issued to the families Below Poverty Line.
Pink Coloured Ration Card: It is given to the Antyodaya Families in Uttar Pradesh.

Application Procedure for ration Card in UP (Offline)

The citizen of UP may also apply for ration card through offline mode. Here we have mentioned some steps for submission for application form for ration card.

The applicant have to fill up D1 which will be available at the Food Supply/ C.S.C. Center department.
Enter all correct details in application form.
Attach 2 attested Passport size photo of the family.
Attach declaration certificate that he does not have any ration card anywhere in the India.
Attach document regarding address proof. and submit the application form in ration card office.
Applicant will get the acknowledgement slip.
Inspector will inspect the details of the applicant at his place.
After some days you can grab your ration card from the District food and Supply Office.

Note: Issuance of the Ration Card will take the expected time period of the 12 days from the presentation of application.

Apply Online for Ration Card in UP 2018-2019

Visit the Official web portal of UP Food Supply Department : http://164.100.181.140/fcs/RCSearch.aspx
Click on Registration link in home page. Application form will appear on your screen.

District Name, Area name, Town, Gram Panchayat.
Select the “Card Type” whether APL/BPL/ Antyodaya.
Enter the details relating to the Head of the family or 12 digits Ration Card Number etc.
Enter the security character and click on save Button.

Check UP Ration Card Online Status

After applying for ration card the applicant can check status of their ration card application form form the official web portal. In order to check ration card status follow below mentioned steps.

Open the link of UP food supplies Department: http://164.100.181.16/citizenservices/login/login.aspx

Enter your Ration Card Application Number in the box.
Click on ‘Search’ button.
